The other night, I attempted chicken stuffed with goat cheese and rosemary, and bacon wrapped around the chicken. Plus a side of arugula.
I had never touched uncooked bacon before! And I had never actually stuffed anything into raw chicken. It’s pretty slimy. But I was proud that I was branching out from pasta.
I had such high hopes. The recipe came from Jane Hornby’s What To Cook & How To Cook It.
But it just didn’t taste…good. I followed the directions exactly. Do I need to cook it again or is it supposed to taste…not special?
