Why are movies so hard to get to? I can never get myself to the theater. But I mean, a movie is a neat, 2-hour package. It’s convenient, local, comfortable, entertaining, and relatively inexpensive. And I actually like going. I even enjoy the previews. Still—they’re impossible to coordinate.
Except when my grandma wants to go. She’ll make it happen. I saw the movie Secretariat this weekend. Not bad. It was a little too Disney at times (read: cheesy) and a little slow in some areas, but bottom line, horse racing is exciting.
But I really want to see The Social Network. I’ve read 3 articles about it already, in New York, W, and Us Weekly. Why have I not seen it? I’m not afraid to go by myself. Have you seen it yet?
