I just went to VONS (a grocery store chain here in Cali) and bought egg whites, blueberries, Fage yogurt, raw almonds, carrots, hummus, and some shrimp. But I’m not excited.
Does anyone have a favorite low-calorie snack that tastes good? Please put it in the comments! Today, my mom floated the idea of going on Weight Watchers, but I really want that to be the last resort. I tried it with her in 2002 but I was starving and bitchity during the entire two months I did it. Back then, I didn’t exercise, so I rarely got any Activity Points.
I am just feeling so gross after my trip to Italy. And I’m sorry I’ve been too busy to blog! I suppose that’s another excuse…I’ve also been to busy to eat healthy. The blog—and my lazy butt—have taken a back seat, seat being the operative word.
